OVERVIEW¶
Three tiers — Free, Pro, and Terminal — each unlocking a wider set of analysis and execution capabilities. Free is $0, no card. Pro is $39/mo monthly, or $290/yr (about $24/mo) billed annually. Terminal is $79/mo monthly ($63/mo billed annually). Every new account gets a free 7-day Pro trial (no card); upgrading mid-trial carries your remaining trial days into the paid plan.

WHAT IT IS¶
A capability ladder. Each tier adds a distinct layer of functionality.
Free is the starting point — 3 scanner panels, 12 indicators, single-pane charts, 3 concurrent alerts, a 10-ticker watchlist, 4 quarters of financials, the simulator with market orders and a $25k balance, the Tape Score headline (0–100), and trade share-link generation.
Pro is the analysis tier — unlimited scanner panels, all 45 presets and 53 indicators, 1/2/4-pane charts, unlimited alerts with sound + email, AI stock briefings, full Options Flow and GEX, the Tape Score per-driver breakdown, Playbooks, the share-link P&L/size reveal toggles, Level 2 order book + time & sales viewing, the journal AI coach, journal CSV import, and every simulator order type.
Terminal adds everything in Pro plus the execution-and-export fence — executing against the L2 walk-book in the simulator, CSV/JSON bulk export of journal and watchlist data, the natural-language scanner, AI Q&A in the command bar, and full-text SEC filing search.
WHEN TO USE IT¶
- Free — checking the tape a few times a week. The 3-panel cap becomes the first binding constraint when you want gappers, RVOL, and 52-week highs side-by-side.
- Pro — active analysis. The L2 order book, time & sales, Options Flow, GEX, AI coach, and all order types live here.
- Terminal — traders who need to execute against the L2 walk-book in the simulator and pull journal or watchlist data out via bulk export.

LIMITS¶
- One free 7-day Pro trial per account (no card); upgrading mid-trial carries the remaining days — there is no second free period after it ends.
- Annual billing saves ~2–3 months vs. monthly (Pro annual = $290/yr, about $24/mo; Pro monthly = $39/mo). Pro annual is billed as a single $290 charge — it is not derived from $24 × 12.
- The $29/mo founder rate expired 2026-06-01 and is grandfathered for early subscribers only; current public Pro is $39/mo.
- Checkout is Stripe-hosted; payment methods are stored Stripe-side, not on Tapeboard servers.
- Tier changes take effect immediately on the platform; Stripe prorates the billing.
- Free tier alert/AI usage resets at 12:00 AM ET daily.
